Pacamara Boutique Coffee Roasters

Short updates before drowning myself back in my ocean of notes as its probably the last few examinations I'll have to take nearing the end of my university life. Can't believe I'm going to head out into the working society so soon, too soon.

Lazy weekend dressed in my basic top and lace skirt, got these New Look Singapore apparels at a bargain. Being one of the leading fast-fashion brand globally, I really do love the style and clothes they offer. And I'm donned in one of my favourite minimalist white top and skirt.
Do check them out as their brand frequently restocks with the latest trends of wardrobe staples and accessories, you could get a few of these items at great prices just in time for the winter season arriving! :)

Pacamara Boutique Coffee Roasters
185 Upper Thomson Road
Singapore 574333

A visit to one of the popular coffee roasters in Upper Thomson. Had been so long since they opened and I only decided to try it then, since I'm unable to keep up with the speed of new cafes opening in Singapore.

The Brews of the day

From the sound of how the waitress recommended us the coffee they offer, I guess Pacamara frequently comes up with new concoctions of their in- house coffee and we went for
Roadster ($12)
hint of chocolate, caramel, nuts and floral - will recommend coffee lovers to pop by to try their in-house coffee concoctions.

Truffle Fries ($8)
Nothing would go wrong with the order of the basic truffle fries. Super generous portion for the price tag.

Salmon Mac & Cheese ($16.50)
This got kinda too cheesy at some point hahaha

Duck Confit Hash ($19.50)
Shredded duck leg confit, potato rosti, mushrooms, kenya beans, greens topped with poached eggs and hollandaise sauce. This was recommended by the waiter and its like an enhanced egg benedict plate of goodness with all the hearty yummy ingredients!

But if any dish has to make me dine here again, it has to be this
Sticky Date Pancake ($17.90)
One of the better fluffy and good pancake stack I've ate in Singapore topped with fresh bananas, cookie dough, candied pecan nuts, salted caramel sauce, salted caramel ice cream!! A perfect combination if you ever crave for pancakes or it could be a dessert shared among a group of friends over tea.

Overall a good visit filled with super generous portions of food, has to be shared among quite a few, would definitely come back especially for their pancakes and coffee for a chill-out session.
